Receiving time consists of processing time and shipping time. For processing time, we may need up to 1-3 business days to prepare the items after you place the order. This is to make sure that your order is accurate. For handmade, hand painted or customized products, it might take an extra 7-10 days for production, which would be specified in our Product Description.

If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder. You may log into your Litfad account: https://femmeandfellas.com/user/orders/listand click the “My Orders” button to see your orders.

You may also submit a ticket online to find out more information about your order.

We provide a range of shipping methods depending on the product category and the country/region. Your shipping time will be affected by the shipping method you specified. Please refer to the chart below to look into more specific shipping time.

2) The item’s name or SKU number or pictures
3) A description of the problems and some clear pictures

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 7 days for us to process the refund. The refund should reflect your account depending on the method of payment. If you would like us to refund the amount to your credit/debit card, that depends on your financial institution which ranges from 10-30 business days. If you would like us to refund the amount to your PayPal account that will take 2-7 business days.

How Do I Track My Order?

Following The Step Bellow, You Can Track Your Order Easily.

Step 1: Login your FEMMES & FELLAS account

  1. Log into “My Account”.
  2. Click on “My Orders”.

Step 2: Find your Order

  1. Find the item you want to view.
  2. Click “Track Order Details” for more.

Step 3: Check Order details

  1. You can check your order details include payment info.
  2. If your order is “Shipped”, select “TRACK” to check the current status of your package.

Step 4: Confirm Delivery

If you received your package, then confirm delivery.

 

The shipping time is affected by the shipping method you choose. Commonly, if you choose standard shipping, it will need 7-15 days for you to receive the items after they are shipped. With regard to ocean shipping, the shipping time is longer, which is about 25-30 days (United States and Australia) or 35-40 days(European countries and Canada).
